Automatic Centralized Feeding System

Our automatic centralized feeding system ensures precise, automated material feeding and uninterrupted continuous molding operations. This system operates 24/7, offering not only basic raw material transportation and switching but also mixing, weighing, drying, and dehumidifying functions. It uses a one-machine-one-pipe transportation method, with data collected and monitored by an MES system for safety and stability. This reliable system guarantees a pollution-free injection molding process.

Injection Molding Workshop

Our injection molding workshop utilizes a fully automated hot runner system, ensuring high output, stable quality, and minimal waste. Mold monitors provide real-time status updates, while the MES system tracks injection process parameters. After molding, products are automatically stored and inspected with detection equipment, with quality data sent to the MES system for analysis.

Printing Workshop

Our printing workshop uses intelligent roller printing machines to print syringe sleeves efficiently and with stable quality. The equipment features Windows TC pip communication ports and is integrated with the MES system, which collects data related to equipment operation, production output, and alarm information.
