Insulin pen needles are essential for delivering precise and comfortable insulin injections to diabetic patients. Our insulin pen needles are crafted using a five-bevel grinding process, which significantly enhances penetration compared to traditional three-bevel needles. The silicone coating reduces resistance at the needle tip and tube, significantly decreasing injection pain and offering a more comfortable experience for patients. These needles are specifically designed for use with insulin pens to ensure effective subcutaneous insulin delivery.

Components

The needle assembly consists of a sealed film, needle barrel (SUS304 stainless steel), needle hub (PP), outer cap (PP), and inner cap (PP). The lubricant used is polydimethylsiloxane, and the adhesive is UV glue, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
